Hi, I’m Emily, a certified IPSP® sleep consultant and proud mom of five. I know the joy (and exhaustion) that comes with welcoming a baby into the family, and I’ve been in the trenches of sleepless nights, desperate Googling, and endless trial-and-error routines.

At Renewed Rest, I’m passionate about empowering parents to create peaceful, predictable routines that work. I believe every baby is unique, and so are their sleep needs, which is why I focus on personalized, compassionate solutions that bring rest to the whole family.

When I’m not helping parents reclaim their nights, you’ll find me enjoying time with my own crazy crew, sipping my favorite pomegranate cranberry juice, or enjoying some down time when I can!
